Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a veg box you are committing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders

To reserve a veg box for Saturday collection, orders need to be placed by 12pm on Thursday.

To allow our team enough time to pack your veg box, orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays, will be available to collect a week on Saturday. Please do not come to collect your veg box until you have received your confirmation email which clearly shows your collection date. Please ensure you bring your confirmation email with you. You will need it as proof of purchase.

Collections

Veg boxes need to be collected from Elm Tree Farm, within the designated time of 10am-5pm on the Saturday specified on your order.

We cannot give refunds for veg boxes that are not collected.

Cancelling your order

Veg box orders must be cancelled before 12pm on the Thursday before your Saturday collection date. Any cancellations made after this time will still be charged.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our veg box, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email and we will make every endeavour to address your concerns.

Payments

We accept payment by credit and debit card.

Allergies

When purchasing a veg box, please check allergen information provided in the online description. We also include allergen information labels on pre-packaged food, such as salad bags.

Variations

Occasionally, the contents of the veg boxes may vary slightly from the stated contents on the website.

Washing the produce

We do not use any chemicals, however we recommend washing produce thoroughly before consuming.

Boxes

Please return the re-usable boxes as often as possible.
